Boldly Subtle

Let the meat speak!  ...but give it an amplifier.  This rub is heavy on a variety of peppers for a layered heat - don't panic it mellows out as it cooks.  We add a bit less salt than other blends so you can get more flavor without oversalting, same with sugars - just a hint.  This is a great dry rub for baby back ribs but its versatility puts it in the everyday use category in many kitchens, indoors or out.
